May 26th Update - Accepted Materials

Work is continuing at the Sechelt Landfill with machinery on-site - pounding and compacting concrete in and around the current drop-off area.

Due to this ongoing construction, starting this Saturday (May 29th) until July 1 - the following items will not be accepted at the Landfill.

For these items, you can either hold them until July 1 or you can drop them off at other facilities.

Paint can be dropped off at

Propane tanks and cooking oil can be dropped off at the Pender Harbour Transfer Station (https://www.scrd.ca/transfer-station)
