2021 Home Composter Rebate Available

The SCRD is running a pilot home composter rebate of $100 available for all homeowners of the Sunshine Coast. This includes all Electoral Areas, our islands, District of Sechelt, Sechelt Indian Government District and the Town of Gibsons. The rebate will be for the purchase of a new composter to support residents with starting or expanding composting at home.

Do not purchase a composter until you have applied and received confirmation that you are eligible. Visit www.scrd.ca/composter-rebate for eligibility requirements, information on choosing a composter that will work for you and application forms.
