  • Share Hi, I have a question regarding pet waste, I can't seem to find any information on where to dispose of large amounts of pet waste on the sunshine coast. Is it brought to the landfill , waste water treatment plant, or is there a composting facility? What do places like the SPCA, or kennels required to do with all their pet waste? Thank you on Facebook Share Hi, I have a question regarding pet waste, I can't seem to find any information on where to dispose of large amounts of pet waste on the sunshine coast. Thank you for the question. Pet waste is accepted as garbage and must be bagged for health and safety of collection staff. Pet waste that is bagged should be brought to the Sechelt Landfill or Pender Harbour Transfer Station for disposal.
